We have included a "Month by Month Caring Fact Sheet" for the proper maintenance of the bonsai plants. Basically, it needs to be watered once a week in winter and a few more times in the summer. A mistake that many people make is placing the bonasi in the sun all day. Essentially, a bonsai needs to be placed in the morning sun and needs to be kept away from the strong afternoon sun. Bonsai is an outdoor plan, but can be placed indoors just as long as you rotate between indoors and outdoors. For example, 3 days indoors and 4 days outdoors or 1 week indoor and 1 week outdoor.
